Prof. Dr. Mehtap Tunacı was born in Aydın in 1965. She graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1988. She completed her residency in the Department of Radiology at the same institution, specializing in digital ultrasonography-color Doppler, digital X-ray, bone densitometry, interventional radiology, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), digital mammography-tomosynthesis. Prof. Tunacı has been working at Intermed Nişantaşı Clinic since 2008.
