Uzm. Dr. Meltem Kutlar was born in Ankara in 1957. She graduated from Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1983. She completed her master’s degree and residency in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at the same institution. Since 1992, Dr. Kutlar has been working at Intermed Çiftehavuzlar Clinic.
