Dr. Pelin Boyner Tahtacı was born in Kastamonu in 1972. She graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1995. She completed her specialization in Family Medicine at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. Since 2000, she has been working at Intermed Nişantaşı Clinic.
